Membership Application Instructions

  1. Complete the Application
    Print the document and fill in all required information.  
  2. For Marine Corps / Navy Veterans
    Bring the following to the next scheduled monthly meeting:
    1. Completed membership application
    2. Copy of your DD-214 (for verification only; it will be returned to you)
    3. First year’s dues payment
  3. Associate Membership
    Associate memberships are open to:
    1. Veterans of other military branches
    2. Civilians
    3. Veterans of other branches are asked to provide a copy of their DD-214 for verification.
